The invention discloses a mobile terminal and an anti-theft processing method therefor. The mobile terminal comprises a master processor, a coprocessor and at least one sensor. The master processor is used for triggering the coprocessor to enter an anti-theft processing mode. The coprocessor is used for acquiring sense data output by the sensor in the anti-theft processing mode, analyzing the acquired sense data, and entering an alarming processing mode when change characteristics of an environment in which the mobile terminal is and/or change characteristics of the state of the mobile terminal conform to being stolen characteristics. Through adoption of the mobile terminal and the anti-theft processing method, the anti-theft function of the mobile terminal can be effectively realized in a low power consumption manner.
