The Wigan grommet trainer

bronchoscopic removal of an impacted organic FB with or without distal airway obstruction whether partial or complete or failed bronchoscopic removal of an impacted inorganic FB with or without symptoms for fear of the inflammatory response. There was no indications for pulmonary resections due to early diagnosis. Rebronchoscopy with or without re rebronchoscopy can save unnecessary thoracotomies.
