New Method of Using IPLV to Chose Optimal Refrigerating of Dynamic Load

Based on the expression of IPLV which is presented by ARI550-1992 first.The several problems of this expression was pointed when choosing refrigerating in practice and presents.A new method which can explain that how to calculate IPLV in practice was presented.The figure of Temperature-Load-COP (T-L-C) and a approximate method when the figure is not present was presented.
