The BPM Way of Working

In Part III, we establish a way of working with business processes—the critical discipline of translating strategic planning into effective execution. We explore the current and future trends with respect to process with which you need to be aware to accomplish this work. In this section we also provide a perspective regarding what is hype and what is real, to allow you to make critical decisions about what possibly to adopt, transform, and innovate within the organization. The way of working around business processes is structured to provide you with a practical guide for how to organize, classify, align, arrange, and quantify business process management concepts and to select and use process objects and/or process templates/artifacts in the systemized and categorized way they need to be applied and used.
