Long wavelength high speed VCSELs for long haul and data centers

We present recent progress of long-wavelength VCSELs for optical communications with modulation rates between 10 and 25 Gbps and optical output powers well beyond 1 mW at 90°C which fulfill the requirements for high-performance, cost effective and green photonics.
