Research on Analysis and Test of the Peak Value of Stress on Supporting Structure of Space Camera

The peak value of stress response should be considered when the intensity of the space camera components supporting structure enduring broadband random vibration was investigated,but it is difficult to gt it directly in the engineering.The finite element model and the frequency response analysis of the components enduring the acceleration of unit load were done by MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN.The peak value of stress enduring the sinusoidal vibration was obtained.Based on the peak value equivalent theory between the random vibration and the sinusoidal vibration,the peak value of stress response on random vibration can be obtained.The stress test was carried out.It is shown that the error value of the peak value of stress response between analysis and test results is less than 7%,the method and technical route mentioned on stress response prediction for random vibration are reasonable and feasible.Some valuable results are proposed to optimize the structural design of the Supporting Structure.
