Wogonin suppresses cellular proliferation and expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 in Peyronie's plaque‐derived cells

The group of authors from San Francisco and Shanghai describe their investigation of wogonin, a flavonoid extracted from a naturally occurring root, which has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat inflammatory diseases. Here they study the mechanisms for its anti‐inflammatory properties.
