국내 공동주택의 치수특성에 관한 고찰 ( A Study on the Characteristics of Unit Scales in apartment housing )

The goal of this study is to provide characteristics of unit scales in apartment housing. For this purpose, most part of unit plans for apartment housing that were provided by general contractor in around of Seoul metropolitan area were collected. And analyses of the scales of collected unit plans are proceeded. The analysisn items are area of unit; width and depth of unit; frontage and rear rate of unit; division of unit; and size of each rooms.
