Research and Simulation of Starting Process for Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor

Mathematical model for permanent magnet synchronous motor by using d.q.coordinates has been developed and presented.Based on the mathematics model the starting process had been simulated in MATLAB/SIMULINK and the effect of electromagnet parameters is discussed.The research shows that these parameters have great effect on the starting and the results of simulation are valuable for the design and optimize of motor structure and parameters.
