Research and Design of Detection System for Belt Deviation Based on Array Phototransistors

The quantitative detection for belt deviation has important significance when the belt is running. A detection system for the belt deviation based on array phototransistors was proposed and designed,which could be used to achieve quantitative detection for belt deviation effectively. In the system,array phototransistors were applied as the detector element,STC microcontroller was used as the low machine's processing core,and PC interactive interface was developed using VB,RS485 bus was used to realize communication between the upper and low machine.
