Study on Related Mode of Sharing and Utilizing Supply Chain Information

A key issue of supply chain management is how to utilize information value more effectively to improve the operational performance.In response to the problem,firstly,the type of supply chain information and the corresponding access channels are systematically analyzed.Then the correlation between various types of supply chain information,a way of comprehensive utilization and an intelligent information management platform are discussed,and the hierarchy of supply chain information-sharing is proposed.Finally,after the risks and opportunities of information sharing illustrated,the user customization model of both information and knowledge sharing is studied.
