Contactless integrated circuit having nfc and uhf operating modes

PURPOSE: A non-contact integrated circuit having NFC(Near Field Communication) and UHF(Ultra High Frequency) operating mode is provided to emit and receive UHF signals through an electronic coupling, HF(High Frequency) signals through an inductive coupling through a common demodulation circuit. CONSTITUTION: A modulation circuit(RRM) and a demodulation circuit(UHRC) emit and receive HF(High Frequency) signals through an inductive coupling at a reader mode. The RRM and UHRC are connected to an antenna circuit(1). A modulation circuit(URM) and the UHRC emit or receive UHF(Ultra High Frequency) signals through an electronic coupling at the reader mode. The URM and the UHRC are connected to an UHF antenna. A DPU(data processing unit) provides data emitted to the modulation circuit(URM). The DPU processes a signal transmitted by the demodulation circuit(URM).
