Information exchange and conflict analysis in e-business negotiation support system

Negotiation support system (NSS) facilitate negotiators an electronic way of preparing, conducting and recording a negotiation. NSS for e-business has been widely discussed to complete the e-business revolution. Existing NSS mainly focus on the process support aspect effective decision support is still under academic discussions. This paper developed a decision support mechanism in the context of incomplete information conflict analysis based on the discussion of online information exchange. A NSS framework is also presented as a result to facilitate the model we proposed.
