Study of harmonic suppression technology based on inverter control in microgricd

The distributed power source and the large amount of non-linear load in micro-grid will lead to serious harmonic contamination.Therefore,this paper proposes the strategy to enable the inverter with distributed power source in micro-grid to suppress harmonic and transmit power at the same time,a strategy which adopts the relatively accurate harmonic detection method based on synchronous coordinate transformation,and adds a virtual impedance circuit in the voltage loop of inverter control system.The PSCAD/EMTDC is applied in the simulation platform establishment for the study of harmonic under normal operation and load increasing/shedding.The result shows that the strategy effectively suppresses harmonic in micro-grid and enhances power quality.
