The Intelligent Man-Hour Estimate Technique of Assembly for Shipbuilding

In order to estimate the assembly man-hour of a new product reasonably,the principle and corresponding algorithms of the similar case retrieval were proposed. Based on these samples that were retrieved,a model to predict the assembly man-time of target product using neural network was established.Finally,an intelligent man-hour estimate system for assembly of shipbuilding(IMHESAS) was developed by above methods.It is verified that the man-hour of assembly calculation using IMHESAS can be estimated more rapidly and reliably.
