Anwendung von Virtual Reality bei Telerobotik zur Verbesserung der Mensch-Maschine-Schnittstelle

Im Rahmen dieses Artikels wird am Beispiel des Einsatzes von Telerobotik im Weltraum basierend auf den Ideen von Virtual Reality (VR) ein neues Mensch-Maschine-Konzept zur intuitiven Benutzerfuhrung bei der Definition von Experimenten in einem Weltraumlabor vorgestellt. Neben einer Herleitung des Konzeptes auf der Basis bestehender konventioneller Interaktionsmodelle und -techniken und einer Beschreibung der VR-Benutzerschnittstelle fur die Beispielanwendung werden daruber hinaus die heute noch vorhandenen anwendungsspezifischen Problemfelder sowie die Schwachstellen in der verfugbaren Hard- und Software aufgezeigt.
