Solid Modeling on the Rotor Blade of Water Pump and Simulation of It's Processing on 5-Axis Machine

This paper demonstrates the solid modeling and computer simulation programing in the process of large rotor blade of diffuser-type mixed flow pump on 5-axis machine.It resolves the contradiction between machining accuracy and efficiency effectively.Basing on the analyzing of the measuring data about finished blade,the machining accuracy and efficiency of the process is close to the domestic advanced level.
