Analytic method of sewing operating time

The invention relates to a calculating method of sewing time in clothing processing procedure, in particular to an analytic method of sewing operating time. The analytic method comprises steps of obtaining five parameters affecting the sewing time and calculating the sewing time. The analytic method is characterized in that on the basis of the value of the minimal sewing time (MST) required for one-centimeter trace of a trolley sew of a sewing machine, according to general characteristics in the clothing processing procedure, a super high factor (HSF) in proportion to the minimal sewing time (MST), the length L, the stitching type are also calculated, meanwhile, other necessary time required in the processing procedure of one track such as run-out time movement variable value P and the time 17 TMU (Token Management Unit) consumed by start-up and shutdown are also considered; and therefore, various parameters affecting the sewing processing time are more completely and reasonably analyzed. Therefore, the time obtained through the analysis and calculation of the method is more accurate and stable; similarly, the analytic computing method of the invention replaces the traditional measurement mode of manually operating a stopwatch and is more simpler to operate; and the result of the method is used for formulating the labor cost in production; and the formulation of capacity target is more scientific and reasonable.
