경계요소법에 의한 혼합모드 균열진전 경로의 예측

The mixed-mode crack is generated in composite materials for fiber/matrix, bonded joint of dissimilar materials and structural reliability problems, it is required prediction for crack propagation angle and path. In this paper, the prediction for crack propagation angle and path were simulated numerically by using boundary element method and investigated experimentally by static test. The numerically simulated results by boundary element method were in good agrement with experimental results. On the base of obtained results, stress intensity factor, relation between crack length and angle of slant crack and crack propagation path are discussed
