U disk having display screen and solar cell

The invention provides a U disk, which comprises a microprocessor, a data storage module, a display screen, a display module and a power supply system. One end of the display module is connected to the microprocessor for receiving the data from the microprocessor and sending to the display screen; the display screen is connected to the display module for receiving the data sent by the display module and displaying; the power supply system comprises a power supply management module, a solar cell and a storage cell which are respectively connected to the power supply management module; and the power supply management module is connected to the microprocessor, the data storage module and the other end of the display module for supplying power to the microprocessor, the data storage module and the display module. Users can easily check the stored content in the U disk of the invention and can take full advantages of the solar cell and the storage cell to supply power to the U disk.
