A Judging Function of the State-Estimation Accuracy and Its Application to the Electric Power System

This paper presents a method of evaluating state estimation accuracy., The method introduces a judging function by which the difference between the actual state value of original system and the state estimation value by estimators is quantitatively evaluated.
