To satisfy the maximum Cp of radial bearing in an internal combustion engine so as to reach the optimization of radial bearing is practical. The optimized parameters including the inside diameter, shaft diameter, width and Cp can meet the requirements of practical production technology. And the algorithm is more efficient than the genetic algorithm does. It also gives a new way for solving similar internal combustion engine optimization problems.
