Modeling and simulation of teacher resources acquisition in colleges using system dynamics

Based on systems theory and control theory, the teacher resources acquisition process between society and university is depicted. System dynamics method is used to analyze the causality of teacher resources acquisition in universities. Furthermore, a system dynamics model is established. Vensim PLE is used to simulate and test the validation and sensitivity of the model. The simulation results show that the model could fit the practical teacher resources acquisition in universities, and provide valid supporting for decisions in similar process.
