철도차량용 제동디스크 열응력 시뮬레이션을 위한 입력 제동조건 분석

In the thermal-stress analysis for a brake disc of the railway or automobile, braking conditions as input data must be given as similarly as possible with real situation for improving accuracy of analysis results. In this study, we made an analysis of braking data in each different condition of Saemaeul-ho train in service(from Yong-San to Mok-Po). From the results, we identified that there were variable braking conditions such as different braking time and deceleration which hadn't been considered in other studies. And we suggested that analysis must be carried out not only for braking for train stop but also for braking to slow down.
