Teachers Overseas Training and Brain Drain: Based on Game Analysis

Universities are facing a dilemma: The training of teachers can improve the competitiveness of universities and meet the needs of teachers in their own development, but may bring the cost of losses caused by job-hopping after training. This work analyzes the factors affecting the overseas training, establishes two-stage and three-stage game models successively, discusses on this issue. The work finds that a better solution is the combination of the two that improving the treatment of teachers and setting the cost barriers for job-hopping at the same time.
