Studies between the Modern Psychology and Man-to-duty Matching of the enterprises

Man-Profession matching is the optimized configuration of the human resources; it shall be one kind of effective channel for realizing the target in the process of introducing the talent testing and assessment of the modern physiology into the selection and appointment of the talents. The study is shown that the enterprises select the objects from two different kinds of working positions causing the consequence there are still the obvious difference coming from two different kinds of people by means of the physiological testing made on the overall abilities、judging conclusion、quantitive relationship、ata analyses、thinking strategy 、studies and skills, but on the aspect of affinity and the motion、external intention-internal intention 、affairs 、business operations and degree of social contacts, there are no obvious difference.
