Design and Analysis of Genetic Regulatory Networks with Electronic Circuit Ideas

The idea of electronic circuit design has been more widely applied to the construction of genetic regulation networks(GRNs), which becomes a emerging trend of synthetic biology, and of great theoretical significance and application value for disease diagnosis and treatment at the genetic level in future. In this paper, an electronically GRNs based on Chua's circuit is modelled and analyzed. The results, which be acquired using Orcad. Pspice.9.2, show that the proposed model can well imitate the biological characteristics of real GRNs. Simultaneously, the time delays and external control elements are further added into the structure of designed model, the simulation results also demonstrate that these influences really be considered. The proposed design freamwork of gene circuit is verified technical feasible through several examples in this paper.
