A Kind of Disposal Method for Nonuniformity Correction on Scene Stillness

Aiming at the problem of image becoming faintness and producing cutback when neural network corrects nonuniformity at the time of scene stillness,a new disposal method is put forward,which is judging scene is moving or not,then disposes G and O.The result of simulation shows that this method settles the problem of image faintness and cutback.
