The method is a flexible, efficient and scalable organization, storage and transmission method in an Internet on demand system, so as to add a flexible media content organization mechanism that is absent in existing multimedia protocols, and solve the problems of low transmission efficiency, storage resource waste and poor user experience in existing multimedia systems.
