The invention discloses a logistics positioning operational track logistics system and an identifying and positioning method thereof. The track logistics system comprises a controller, a plurality of metal guide rails forming the track, a transportation vehicle running on the track, and a shunting device which realizes the shunting of adjacent metal guide rails, wherein a plurality of positioners are arranged on one side of the track towards the transportation vehicle, the transportation vehicle is provided with a plurality of scanners for identifying the positioners; the scanners are connected with the controller; each positioner comprises an electromagnetic wave absorption material layer and an ultra high frequency electronic tag layer; the electromagnetic wave absorption material layer is fixed on the track, the ultra high frequency electronic tag layer is fixed on the electromagnetic wave absorption material layer and the frequency of the ultra high frequency electronic tag layer is the same with that of the electromagnetic wave absorption material layer; the controller judges the transportation speed and the transportation time of the transportation vehicle according to the scanning and identifying of the scanners to the positioners and adjusts the transportation speed and the transportation time of the transportation vehicle to position the transportation vehicle. The identifying and positioning method disclosed by the invention can accurately position the position information of the transportation vehicle.
