Risks analysis of color ring back tone service and promotion research of security

In this paper,we take the color ring back tone service system of certain province mobile as an example to analyze the risks that exist in color ring back tone service system according to device layer,network layer,business layer of color ring back tone service platform.We also classify the risks by the importance of the carried services on the color ring back tone service platform and put forward the safety promotion principle and detailed scheme.
