Expert systems for vision based on bayes' rule

This assertion has no definite sense unless the notion “processes” is exactly defined, e.g., as a certain set of subroutines or actions of a special processor, etc. When understanding “processes” in the broad sense of the word then “a non-standard set of processes in a non-standard order” becomes a truism: any algorithm with memory possesses this property. Even an accumulating adder performs a carry or does not, depending upon its internal state and the input value.
