The conservative therapy of ameloblastoma in the anterior region of the mandibule combined with surgical procedure

ん性 膨隆を認め,硬 さは骨様硬,一 部5部 根尖部付近 に波 動が触知 され た(写 真2) . 所属 リンパ節所 見:左 側顎下 リンパ節に小豆大,可 動 性の リンパ節が触 知 され,軽 度 の圧痛が認められた, X線 所 見:す1部 か ら1石部にわ たる下顎骨骨体部には 境界 明瞭なX線 透過 像がみ られ,右 側は比較的大きな多 房性 の透過 像を,左 側は蜂 巣状 の透過像を呈 してい た (写真3), 処 置:初 診時,5部 根尖部付近 よ り試験 穿刺 を行 い,黄 白色,や や不透明,粘 稠な内容液約0.5ccを 吸 引 した.次 いで該 部 より試験切除を施行 した誌病理組織 診断はエナ メル上皮腫 であ った顎 本症 例は,患 者 の職業 が高校教師で,早 期に職場復帰 を希 望 した ので,外 科的保存療法を 施 行 した.す なわ ち,3月 ■ 日,GOF全 麻下 にて 募 石 部歯槽粘膜部に 横 浜市 立大学 医学部 口腔外科学教室(主 任:大 谷隆 俊教授) Department of Oral Surgery, School of Medicine, Yokohama City University (Chief: Prof. Takatoshi Ohtani) 受 付 日:昭 和55年6月19日
