Loading method of computer starting preset value

The power-on preset value loading method for computer is suitable for computer system with non-volatile memory. The non-volatile memory is used to store BIOS program state values of the computer system in previous power-on, and the BIOS program state values is found out based on the BIOS program related information and one preset conversion formula. The loading method includes the computer system to read current BIOS program from the BIOS ROM in executing power-on program, taking out correlated information to find out the BIOS program state value via conversion formula; to compare the calculated state value and that stored in the non-volatile memory; in case of indifference, to store the calculated state value in the non-volatile memory for use in next power-on; and to load the preset power-on value stored in the BIOS ROM to the non-volatile memory.
