Agile Supply Chain Management System Based on Web Services

It is important to build a supply chain management system with information integration technology according to the dynamic and multi-platform features. Web Services, as an emerging distributed technology, can be applied to the agile supply chain. The feasibility and benefit of the application of web services in the agile supply chain are introduced, and an integration framework of the agile supply chain management system based on web services is given. Some practical problems in the implementation are discussed and the further research direction is showed.
