NEW ANALYSIS METHOD ON CYBERNETICS AND HUMAN RELIABILITY

The paper presents the up to date advancements in the human reliability analysis (HRA for short) and some of its weak points from the point of view of cybernetics. Based on his personal research facts, the authors propose a new method of HRA with a purpose to overcome the shortcomings potentially existing in two generations HRA and cybernetics and bring about much higher analysis efficiency.
