In this study, we developed a sensor module to measure pulses of radial artery. This sensor module was made by using piezoresistive sensors that have a width and height of 1 mm each to measure pressure from radial artery. In results of experiments we carried out to measure load of sensor coated with PDMS, we found that coefficient of determination for linear regression model shows r2>0.999. When this study is compared with previous research with seven pressure sensors, this study indicates that size of array of sensor module is decreased by half. Therefore, the developed sensor module is appropriate to measure pulses of radial artery because of reducing obstruction from both radius and tendon due to reduction of size of the sensor module.
