According to the barrel tightening machine, a barrel is compressed through the air cylinder, and the bottom of the barrel is tightened through the servo motor, so that a working process is realized automatically, operation is easy, and the working efficiency is high; the tightening mechanism can move up and down, and the lower barrel positioning bracket and a barrel pressure plate can be selected according to barrels of different specifications, so that the barrel tightening machine can adapt to tightening operation of barrels of different specifications, and wide adaptability is achieved; and the tightening force and compression force can be detected and controlled accurately through a torque sensor and a pressure sensor, so that the barrel is prevented from being damaged in a tightening process, and good tightening quality is achieved.
