The detecting unit is used for receiving the data transmitted by the collecting unit, detecting the collected data and transmitting a detecting result to the control unit. The control unit is used for receiving the detecting result transmitted by the detecting unit and sending a control command to the transmission unit according to the detecting result. The transmission unit is used for receiving the control command of the control unit and executing the control command. The bundling unit comprises a bundling band and is used for storing the detected qualified paper currency and bundling the paper currency after the paper currency is accumulated to a certain amount. The bundled paper is recycled by bank staff, the paper does not need to be sorted, counted and bundled, and the workload is reduced.
