Simulation analysis of bus priority schemes by tiss-NET

he purpose of this study is to build the bus simulation model of tiss-NET and estimate unique bus priority scheme that called “bus only overtaking system” in historical area of Kamakura-City. At the first, authors analysis and make models of bus, because there is no simulation system, which can take account of bus behavior such as overtaking on opposite lane. The major effects from the traffic simulation analysis by tiss-NET as follows, 1) The bus system has much effectiveness for the bus. 2) There is a little bad influence for normal vehicles. And tiss-NET work efficiency for these traffic plan.
