An improved ADC method for vibration control

In this paper a Hexapod Platform was researched for application in the field of vibration control. While using traditional ADC method to control the platform to isolate vibration, the result tends to be emanative for some specified vibration signals. After analyzing this phenomenon and doing some simulations, a result was presented that the reference signal in ADC Method has a phase deviation from what is really needed. In addition, an improved ADC method was explored by conducting a filter module according to system identification, which can compensate the phase deviation. The experiment shows that the improved ADC method is available to achieve a convergent result for those specified vibration signals, and the vibration magnitude is reduced by about 90%.
