An Improved Block-Based Motion Estimation Algorithm for Compressing a Video

Motion Estimation (ME) is curial of every video compression standards which involve time consuming and high level computations. In this research paper, we’ve got proposed improved technique of quick block-matching algorithm that is easy and economical as compared to Diamond Search (DS) and Adaptive-Rood-Pattern Search algorithm.
