Organic Light Emitting Display Device and Mother Substrate of the Same

An organic light emitting display device and a mother substrate of the same are provided to increase efficiency of a test by performing a sheet unit test in a state that a plurality of organic light emitting display elements are not scribed. An organic light emitting display device includes first wiring groups(270) and second wiring groups(280). The first wiring groups are formed on organic light emitting display elements in a first direction and are commonly connected to the organic light emitting display elements positioned in the same array through pad units(295'). The second wiring groups are formed on the organic light emitting display elements in a second direction and are commonly connected to the organic light emitting display elements positioned in the same array through the pad units. The second wiring groups make a detour so that an intersection part of the second wiring groups and the first wiring groups are positioned in scribing lines(290) of the organic light emitting display devices positioned in an i-th line and the rest region of the second wiring groups excluding the intersection portions is positioned in the scribing lines of the organic light emitting display devices positioned in an i+1-th line. A protection film in an upper part of areas of the second wiring groups arranged on the same line with the pad units is removed and a part of the area is exposed to an outside.
