The invention relates to a health care insole for high-heeled fashionable shoes for women. The health care insole structurally comprises a buffering layer (HC) located at the position of the landing point of the forefoot of the insole or the force bearing point of the forefoot of the foot, a supporting layer (ZC) located on the outer side of the forefoot, a massaging layer (AM) located at the position from the waist portion to the heelpiece of the insole, and a stabilizing layer (WD) located at the heel center of the heelpiece. The buffering layer (HC), the supporting layer (ZC), the massaging layer (AM), and the stabilizing layer (WD) are all made of the same materials and are pressed through a die to form an integrally formed structure.
