Multi-objective decision approach for coal-bed methane gathering in emergency circumstance

Three aspects are mainly concerned in event of coal-bed methane(CBM) emergencies, equipment risk assessment, weight analysis of complex mountain road and multi-objective model.Equipment risk assessment is at decision-making level to quickly locate high-risk areas, where the CBM equipment is priority handled to reduce the occurrence and spread of accidents.Weight analysis of complex mountain road bases on fuzzy inference method, which is at data level to spend less time for vehicle travel.Multi-objective model is at implementation level to dispatch and allocate all of resources.Multi-objective emergency model is applied to coal-bed gas surface gathering system of Shizhuang demonstration area in the southern of Qinshui basin.Practice shows that this study has some practical value.
