Abstract Statistics is the art of making decisions about a process based on an analysis of an information obtained from a process,for the analysis purpose the statistical process control tool is used to see when a process is working correctly and when it is not by the information which is get from the verification of the process we are going to improve the quality of the product by the quality improvement in the process of the product through statistical process control we can achieve the product quality not only the product quality also the total quality so that we can improve the scope of our product in the market.
