Research of the Automatic Insertion System of a Searching and Rescuing Robot

The searching and rescuing robot is one of the efficient tools which are always used after disasters such as earthquakes. This paper is based on a kind of searching and rescuing robot which can move in the ruins and search for survivors, and the automatic insertion subsystem of the robot system is mainly studied. In this paper, a new double driving way is adopted to resolve the difficulties in inserting of the flexible tube.
