Using ISO-9126 and SECI Model for Enhancing Enterprise Resource Planning Implementation Strategic in Broadcasting Company

Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is important in the company’s business activities. By utilizing ERP, company business process activities can be integrated optimally, although in its implementation there are still many obstacles to operational problems that often occur which are reflected through the number of problem tickets. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that cause the gap in the successful implementation between the target and its realization, then build a model that can describe the current condition, so that it can be used to analyze strategic steps in developing future implementations. Departing from concepts and theories ISO-9126 for software evaluating and SECI Model theory for Knowledge Management Development, further research instruments were built to get opinions from a number of respondents related to ERP implementation in broadcasting companies. The analysis technique used in data processing is by factor analysis method to obtain the existing gap factors and regression analysis to build a model of a number of factors formed. The results show that there are four factors that influence the gap between the realization of the implementation results and the expected implementation targets, the four factors are ERP software performance, complexity in ERP software, business flow mismatches, and user skills. Furthermore, the success of ERP implementation can be controlled by a model that can be used to simulate the influence of the four factors on the success of ERP implementation.
