Hipofizer mikroadenomlar›n de¤erlendirilmesinde dinamik MRG’nin yeri

158 ● H a z i r a n 2 0 0 1 M ikroadenomlar›n saptanmas›nda manyetik rezonans görüntüleme (MRG) en duyarl› yöntem olmas›na karş›n, değişik merkezlerde farkl› MRG protokolleri uygulanmaktad›r. Rutin değerlendirmelerde, özellikle adenom şüphesi olan olgularda, çoğunlukla küçük görüntü alan›nda (FOV) ve ince kesit kal›nl›ğ›nda T1 ağ›rl›kl› spin eko (SE) sekans› kullan›lmaktad›r. İnceleme koronal ve sagital düzlemlerde, paramanyetik kontrast madde kullan›m› öncesi ve sonras› tekrarlanarak yap›lmaktad›r. Baz› merkezlerde üç boyutlu (3 B) gradyent eko (GRE) ince kesit görüntüler eklenmektedir (1,2). Hipofizer mikroadenomlar›n saptanmas›nda dinamik görüntülemenin rutin incelemelere üstünlüğünün olup olmad›ğ›n› göstermek, rutin çal›şmalar aras›nda prekontrast ve postkontrast tetkiklerin karş›laşt›r›lmas› ve sonuçta en uygun protokolün belirlenmesi amaçlanm›şt›r.
