This article addresses the Interactive Digital TV a s a technology of the Knowledge Era that may assist the organizational Knowledge Ma nagement. The TVDI applications and services can be used to make a strategic bridge bet ween that new technology and the Knowledge Management process in organizations. In t his sense, the main objective of this research is to propose a model for examining the ad equacies to use of resources of the Interactive Digital TV to organizational Knowledge Management.
